My name is Emma and tennis has been a part of my life for many years.

But over time I understood something important:

Through my personal journey and my studies in meditation, Reiki, and yoga, I began to explore a different way of teaching: one that puts the person at the center..

This is how it is born InnerCourt:
a method that connects body, mind and emotions through tennis.

Because true progress does not come from demanding,
but of awareness, presence, and balance.
